CM348ST is a high performance video scaler that accepts composite video, S-Video, YCbCr component and RGsB interlaced input and then scales up to high resolution.So you can take any region input NTSC,PAL or SECAM and go to the DVI on your DVI compatible TV,LCD TV,Plasma.

Will not work on  Macs with DVI input.

The CM348ST's output is digital RGB bitstream via DVI connector.
