This PAL to NTSC and NTSC to PAL converter easily converts PAL composite ( rca) or S-video or SCART RGB to either NTSC Composite ( RCA) , or S-video ( NTSC to PAL too)

Picture is rock steady thanks to the built in time base corrector. Works for the smallscreen and the largescreen alike and the reproduction is superb. We set the machine for you so it' ready to go out of the box. We include an S-video and audio out high quality lead to scart converter as there is not a scart facility on most NTSC tv's but some tv's do not carry the croma info and you may get a black and white picture so just use the composite leads provided if this does become a problem.

Works on any USA ( NTSC 3.58) TV.

When using PAL to NTSC we suggest SCART RGB ( like you get on SKY, Virgin Media and most sources in the UK and Europe)  INPUT  to S-video NTSC OUTPUT for best quality conversion. So you just plug the SCART lead from your source straight into our gadget and then the S-video leads provided with our package into your TV, tune it into the s-video input on your TV and that's all you need to know.

It has a built in tuner for terestrial broadcasts but they are not going to last forever, it had a built in DVD recorder and it has a Hard drive recorder which has 6 levels of quality and can record up to 111 hours! You can pause live tv, rewind, name it.

We only offer technical help on the converter side of things as this machine is just so flexible but there is a comrehensive manual for you to refer to for this advice.
