What do i do?

Email us with your requirements, tell us about the runtime of the media and that the quality of the recording is mentioned, fro example, are lower resolutions involved in the recording, LP instead of SP on a Video tape. We will gladly answer any of your questions and give a total price for your project including postage to your country.

If you have a Pounds Sterling bank account and wish to pay by cheque then include this in with your package. Make all cheques out to INTERNEEDS DIRECT LTD. Include a brief outline of exactly what conversion you require, a valid e-mail address and a telephone number. Think about the packaging, mark it fragile and  make sure the packaging isn't flimsy, we have never had damaged media yet but it could happen. If you are sending it to us from another country, mark it conversion works returning to country of origin 0% tax as we maybe taxed for your goods.

Once it's here, you can pay by credit card too, we will send you a special code unique to your order and you can pay securely online, or we can phone you and take your credit card details, where possible. We convert the item to the media and to the broadcast system of your requirements and return the copy and the source to you. This normally takes 48 hours in our studio then postage times are approximately as follows.

Australia/New Zealand 5 to 10 working days.

Please only send genuine originals, we will not be copying pirated, goods. We can only make a single copy of anything that you send. You can make this single copy only if you are making no money from the conversion where the copyright originator should receive benefit, and you do not make copies of our copy. Do not ask us to duplicate anything if you are not prepared to accept this agreement.
