If you have a CAMCORDER, ANY GAMES CONSOLE, DVD, TV, VCR from an NTSC broadcast country like America, Canada or Japan, and you move to, or find that your countries broadcast system is PAL then you are not going to to be able to watch or record the signal unless your TV / recorder is truly multi system.
If you are getting a rolling black and white picture on your TV or try to record and get the same rolling picture, then you need a digital device like this one to give you a full colour , stable, recordable picture.
This gadget does a superb conversion from NTSC to PAL or SECAM to either up to 60" , but converting from PAL to NTSC is a much harder conversion but despite this, the new version handles big tv's, i tested it on a 47" NTSC lcd and the picture was flicker free, vibrant and clear.

Over this size the picture will become slightly jerky.
