CONVERTS NTSC PLAYBACK ( PAL 60) FROM YOUR VIDEO RECORDER, LASERDISC OR DVD PLAYER INTO PAL 50 WHICH IS A RECORDABLE SIGNAL.

This device is perfect for

1. Anyone who has bought a camcorder in a country where the broadcast system is not PAL, only to find that when returning home, the output is not viewable on your TV or recordable. This device will convert any form of NTSC (American or Japanese) and SECAM to PAL and the result is viewable on a large screen TV and you can make copies of your conversion onto ordinary PAL VCR's, or DVD recorders.

2. Anyone who has tried to use ANY NTSC product that results in a rolling black and white picture on your TV set. This unit converts this picture to a stable colour one. Great for Games consoles, (playing a chipped console with an NTSC game, and wanting to watch the result on a PAL TV.)

This unit will convert the number of lines on the screen to 625 for PAL, and change the frequency from any system to 50 frames per second , it is a true field converter, converting to PAL 50.
